All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carrier, USPS. All express and priority shipments are shipped and delivered by USPS. Note, Next Day Shipping Service requires a signature for release. Standard shipping options are delivered by USPS. Angelique's Boutique is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact angeliquesboutique.com within 10 days from the last scanned date.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. angeliquesboutique.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. angeliquesboutique.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation & Changes:
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. Please note, we only accept returns from angeliquesboutique.com.
We do not accept exchanges on any orders.
If your order is returned after 30 days or item(s) look used and opened, you will only be eligible for store credit.
Packages returned back to angeliquesboutique.com due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.

If an item may be considered defective, please email indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. After 30 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by angeliquesboutique.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Mistake or Damaged Order:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from delivery with any discrepancy orders, such as mistakes or damaged products. A photo of the package and/or item must be provided in the email in order for Angelique's Boutique to proceed with the mistake or damaged products. All issues must be fully resolved within 14 days from delivery date for security purposes.
